GOODS AND SERVICE TAX

A tax is applicable to all goods and services (GST). GST is currently 15% but is subject to change.

DEPOSIT

A deposit will be required in most cases and will be due on commencement of reservations.

PAYMENT

Full prepayment is required prior to passenger's arrival. Whenever possible, payment should be effected by Telegraphic Transfer Remittance (T.T.) in New Zealand Dollars direct to our Bank Account - particulars of which appear below.

NOTE: Sometimes we are required to pay deposits for services prior to client's arrival, in which case we will request prepayment from you prior to paying the supplier.

To avoid heavy New Zealand bank charges, payment must be by bank cheque, draft or electronic transfer in New Zealand Dollars.

AMENDMENT FEES

Once a booking has been confirmed one amendment can be made free of charge.

Any further amendments will be charged at NZD25.00 per amendment.

CANCELLATION FEES

For any bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival - a minimum NZD100.00 cancellation fee will apply. In addition to this fee - any cancellation fees levied by hotels and/or our subcontractors will also be passed on. For any bookings cancelled outside 21 days prior to arrival any cancellation fees levied by hotels and/or our subcontractors will be passed on.

BANK FEES

If payment is to be made by telegraphic transfer please note the bank levy a charge of NZD25.00 per transaction. Please ensure this bank charge is included in your payment.

NOTE: We can accept payment by credit card, however, there is a 1.2% service charge levied on the total amount due.

MINIMUM BOOKING AMOUNT

We have a minimum booking amount of NZD500.00. For bookings less than this amount a handling fee of NZD50.00 may be charged.
