Thank you, thank you, thank you!  You and your team did an exemplary job handling the fourteen ports during The World’s visit to New Zealand from Oct 05 to Oct 30 2006.
 
I was very impressed with your ability to create customized programs and travel experiences that brought the ‘Destination Alive’ for our residents and guests.  Communication levels were frequent and efficient.  You managed to anticipate our needs at every turn and were always there to answer the numerous queries.    Additionally the organization of last minute private car and van arrangements went without a hitch.  Having you and your colleague on board was a pleasure and you handled the bombardment of queries calmly.  Shore side operations were equally well received and transportation was always clean, on time and ready to go.   And we have received super comments on the guides.
 
We are not an easy product to deal with and you handled us flawlessly.  It was a pleasure doing business with you and I would be happy to vouch for your company if you ever needed a recommendation.

Hi.

Just a quick note to thank ATS Pacific for faultless organisation of our recent holiday in New Zealand. From the moment we arrived and were met in Auckland to the moment we flew home from Christchurch, the arrangements were superb and the companies which we dealt with on ATS's behalf were friendly and punctual.

There were no problems over the vouchers we presented for each stage and the itinerary was well presented, didn't patronise us and gave all the relevant information and contact details.

We shall be travelling to New Zealand again - next time for a visit focusing on the wine growing areas and trekking in Fiordland - and we shall definitely seek out ATS Pacific to deal with the arrangements.
